This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds for all experiences booked through Quad Marrakech, a tourism product of Bab Morocco, operated by ARTYVA AGENCY, based in Marrakech, Morocco.
By booking an experience with us, you agree to the following conditions.
1. General Booking Conditions

All bookings must be confirmed via our website, WhatsApp, or one of our approved partners (e.g., Airbnb Experiences, Viator, GetYourGuide).

Full payment or a deposit may be required in advance to secure your reservation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the booking details provided (name, date, number of participants, location for pickup if needed) are accurate at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we aim to offer fair and flexible cancellation terms:

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity are eligible for a full refund. -
Late Cancellation:
We will not refund cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience, unless there are emergencies (proof may be required). -
No-Shows:
If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Modifications & Rescheduling

You may request a change to your booking (date, time, or number of people) at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is free of charge.

We may not accommodate any requests made less than 24 hours before the experience.
4. Cancellation by Quad Marrakech/ARTYVA AGENCY
In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule an activity due to

Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, sandstorms)

Safety concerns or mechanical issues

Insufficient number of participants (for group tours)

Unforeseen events (road closures, strikes, force majeure)
If we cancel your activity, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the experience at no extra cost
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or cash).

Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
