Does Quad Marrakech include a transfer from Marrakech to the Agafay desert?

No, a transfer from Marrakech is not included in the price of Quad Marrakech outings, which covers the activity itself. A return transfer from your hotel or riad can be added when you book, for a fee; otherwise you make your own way to the base, 45 minutes from the city.
Can I cancel a desert outing booked with Quad Marrakech for free?

Yes, you can cancel a desert outing booked with Quad Marrakech free of charge up to 24 hours before the start: anything you paid online with PayPal is refunded, and if you chose to pay everything on site, there is nothing to refund. Inside 24 hours, the 30% deposit is kept and anything you paid on top of it is refunded; contact us and we will look at rescheduling.
Do I need experience or a licence for quad and buggy rides in Agafay?

No experience is needed for quad and buggy rides in Agafay, and no licence for the quad; a driving licence is required to drive a buggy. Every departure starts with a safety briefing on controls, braking and spacing, then a practice loop, and both routes are open to beginners.
Can children join the quad, buggy and camel outings from Marrakech?

Yes, children can join the outings from Marrakech, accompanied by a responsible adult. Quad: passengers from 6, drivers from 16. Buggy: passengers from 6, driver 18 or over with a driving licence. Camel ride: from 3. Dinner on its own: no minimum age; outings with a quad: passengers from 6.
