Working with us

This page is for riads, hotels, concierges and travel agencies who send guests out to the desert. If you are booking for yourself, the activities page is the one you want.

How it works

You send us the guest and the date; we run the outing and handle the rest. Two ways of doing it, and you pick per booking:

• You book on their behalf. You take the booking here as you would for yourself, with the guest’s name and telephone on it. They receive the confirmation directly.
• You send them to us. We take the booking with them and confirm back to you that it is held.

What we need to know

Three things, and they are the same three every time: how many people, the date, and which outing. If you have a preference on the departure time, tell us at the same moment — departures are at fixed hours, and the afternoon ones move one hour later from 1 April to 20 September.

What we will not do

We do not quote a commission on this page, because the terms are agreed with each partner rather than posted publicly. Write to us and we will tell you plainly what we can do before you commit anything to a guest.

We also do not take a booking we cannot honour. If a date is full, you will hear that on the day you ask, not the day before departure.
