Answers before you ask
Most messages we get are one of these six. If yours is here, you have your answer now.
Is the transfer from Marrakech included?
No. The price covers the activity. A transfer from your hotel or riad can be arranged when you book, for a fee.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will look at a new date.
Do I need a licence or experience?
No experience is needed, and no licence for the quad. A driving licence is required to drive a buggy. Every departure begins with a safety briefing, and both routes are open to beginners.
Can children take part?
Yes, accompanied by a responsible adult. Quad and buggy passengers start at 6, the camel ride at 3, and the dinner on its own has no minimum age (outings with a quad: passengers from 6) — tell us their age and we will say what fits.
Where do the activities take place?
In the Agafay desert, 45 minutes by road from central Marrakech, facing the Atlas range.
How do I know what is included?
Every activity page carries its own included and not included lists, side by side, with the same number of lines.
