From the activity page to the review you leave afterwards, here is what happens when you book with us.
The four steps

1 Choose
Quad, buggy, camel ride or dinner in the Agafay desert: every activity page gives the duration, the price and what is included.

2 Book
A date, a departure, how many of you, then confirm, with no card. The confirmation arrives by email with your voucher.

3 Go
Meet us at the base, 45 minutes from Marrakech, or at your hotel if you asked for the transfer. Every departure starts with a briefing, and you pay on site before setting off.

4 Leave a review
After the outing, a review on our Google listing or on Tripadvisor helps the travellers who are still deciding.
For travellers
A one-hour ride or a whole evening: book it online with no card and pay at the base on the day. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start.

A team, a birthday, a big family: put your day together — activities, length, transfer, meal — and we send you a price for the whole day. Sending the request books nothing.

How do I book?
On the page of the outing you want: pick a date, a departure and how many of you there are, then confirm. You get a confirmation by email with a voucher, and the exact departure time for your date.
Do I pay online?
No. Nothing is charged when you book and no card is asked for: you pay at the base before the start, in cash — dirhams or euros — or by card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours, contact us and we will look first at moving your date.
Where do we meet?
At our base in the Agafay desert, 45 minutes by road south-west of central Marrakech. The exact point and a map link are on your confirmation.
Is transfer from my hotel included?
No. The price covers the activity itself. A transfer from your hotel or riad in Marrakech can be arranged when you book, for a fee — say so at the time and we confirm the price before you pay.
