These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quad Marrakech website and the booking of any experiences offered through our platform. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or participating in any of our activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. We encourage you to read this document carefully before proceeding with any booking.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Quad Marrakech website, making a booking, or participating in any of our experiences, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the services provided by Quad Marrakech, a tourism product of Bab Morocco, based in Marrakech, Morocco. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or booking our services.

OUR SERVICES

Quad Marrakech offers a range of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences in and around Marrakech, all designed to provide an authentic and unforgettable encounter with the Moroccan landscape and traditions. Our activities include :

— Quad biking in the Agafay Desert and surrounding areas
— Buggy rides around Lalla Takerkouste lake
— Camel trekking in the Agafay Desert and Marrakech Palm Grove
— Agafay Desert dinner shows with live Moroccan entertainment
— VIP and fully customised private packages

All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and participant health and fitness. Bab Morocco reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel activities where necessary for safety or operational reasons, with no penalty to the customer.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Bookings may be made via our website, by email, or directly through WhatsApp. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from the Quad Marrakech team. Please note the following conditions regarding pricing and payment :

— Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may be subject to change without prior notice
— Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package selected
— All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card information under any circumstances
— Quoted prices include safety equipment, certified guide services, and hotel pickup and drop-off unless explicitly stated otherwise
— All prices shown are per person and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible for all parties involved.

— More than 48 hours before the activity : full refund or complimentary date change
— Between 24 and 48 hours before : 50% refund or option to reschedule once at no extra cost
— Less than 24 hours before or no-show : no refund will be issued

In the event of cancellation by Quad Marrakech due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund or a complimentary reschedule at their convenience. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +212 6 68 71 70 52.

GUEST CONDUCT & ELIGIBILITY

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the following conditions apply to all bookings and activities :

— Minimum age for quad biking and buggy riding is 16 years with written parental consent — younger children may ride as passengers with a supervising adult
— All participants must be in good general health — we recommend consulting a physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
— Guests under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be issued
— All participants must follow the instructions of certified guides at all times without exception
— Any damage to equipment or property caused by reckless or negligent behaviour may be charged in full to the responsible party.

SAFETY RULES

Safety is our absolute priority at Quad Marrakech. The following rules are mandatory for all participants across all activities :

— Helmets and all protective gear provided must be worn throughout all motorised activities
— All participants must attend and complete the full safety briefing before any activity begins
— Straying from designated routes or riding areas is strictly prohibited at all times
— Any medical conditions, physical limitations, or pregnancy must be disclosed to our team prior to participation
— Quad Marrakech reserves the right to refuse or immediately halt participation at any time if a safety risk is identified, without refund

All Quad Marrakech guides are certified in first aid and carry full emergency equipment during every single activity, ensuring the highest possible standard of safety for all guests.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While Quad Marrakech and Bab Morocco take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants, our liability is limited in the following circumstances :

— Personal injury or loss arising from failure to comply with safety instructions or guide directives
— Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during any activity
— Disruption or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, road conditions, or force majeure events
— Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature

By confirming a booking with Quad Marrakech, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor adventure activities. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, logos, graphic elements, and overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bab Morocco and is fully protected under applicable Moroccan and international intellectual property law.

— Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written authorisation from Bab Morocco is strictly prohibited
— Commercial use of any content from this website is not permitted under any circumstances
— Unauthorised use may result in legal action being taken by Bab Morocco.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, or to the use of Quad Marrakech services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco. By using our website and booking our services, you expressly agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
